DNCE’s debut single “Cake By The Ocean” is officially a member of the half-million sales club.

According to Nielsen Music, “Cake” sold 44,638 US copies during the January 29-February 4 tracking week. Up 9% from the previous week’s mark, the count propelled DNCE’s single past the 500,000 cumulative mark.

Through February 4, “Cake By The Ocean” had sold 515,497 copies in the United States.
